SHIPPING
- Free STANDARD shipping in the U.S. We ship domestically via USPS. Default shipping is Standard. There will be a shipping charge for expedited or priority shipping
- Free shipping to Canada on orders over $150 USD
- Orders ship within 3-4 business days
- Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates, and Scoots is not responsible for carrier delays.
- Scoots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURNS
- We offer refunds within 30 days of the purchase date. Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with the tags attached.
- Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from arrival to Scoots.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on exchanges and returns, as well as taxes or duties that may apply.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for exchange. Please email us at admin@shopscoots.co with your order number and photos of the item.
